Enough! + #BRINGBACKOURGIRLS

Happy Friday Night Love and Light to you! Welcome to another winning week of awesome! Maybe.

Ever have one of those weeks? I know you have because you’re human. You are human aren’t you? Unless you’re Aphroditian, like me–in which case, you look and act a lot like a human would…through no fault of your own…even though you aren’t really human at all. Which is a whole thing. It’s the same thing our New Earth’s Favorite Superhero–Kai (nee, Of TuStai)– discovers in Book 1 of The Stellar Trilogy. If you’ve read it, you know exactly what I’m talking about. I should also mention that Liberation Day of Book 2 of The Stellar Trilogy series is June 19, 2014.

Mark your calendars because I’m having a Liberation Fete on that day + I’ll be revealing the new covers for both Book 1 and Book 2! Yay! AND because you’re subscribed to my weekly soul party, you’ll be the first to get a golden invite to the golden fete. Yay! Keep your inboxes handy. You’ll want passes to this fete. I promise.

Now back to human “problems”. I often find myself in the role of confident to many people. Sometimes I’ll get a text asking for a prayer or an affirmation. Sometimes, I’m just needed as a compassionate ear. I’m most often called upon when folk want access to an unconventional perspective. I’m asked all kinds questions from gardening and healthy food recipes to natural remedies and beauty solutions to life advice. It’s never a dull moment when my phone rings, I’ll tell you.

What’s interesting is that I have friends, clients and acquaintances from all walks of life, religious and spiritual affiliations. I know people in just about every industry and of every “gender” and sexual orientation. What I’ve learned from engaging and celebrating people of every thought wave, affiliation and life purpose, is that at some point we all come to a middle place where none of it matters. Where, if we choose to represent humanity as *cough* human, the things we think make us so different are actually linked to the one thing that connects us ALL. Humanity.

In the first book of The Stellar Trilogy, Kai has a really hard time understanding why her life sucks so badly–from such a young age. She couldn’t wrap her mind around how such pain is possible. How people can treat other people so horribly and have no good reason why. Kai grapples with these ideas of what actually is, versus what she thinks her life is supposed to be. A very wise Elder named Tanzin explains things to Kai like this:

You are the co-creator of your own destiny. You and your mother worked tirelessly together for you to be here now. You chose the specific nature of your ‘birth’ because you needed the people who would raise you and the person they would send you to live with and to learn what you learned from her. You learned something from every one of your life experiences up to this very moment. All of it is paramount to this part of your journey. You learned about the Human experience and the human condition. You needed to know what they face. You needed to know the nature of their fear. You needed to live what so many live. In order to experience the fullness of your purpose, you had to forget… in order to remember who you truly are. In this moment you are denying yourself your awakening. Because you are afraid. Where you are from, fear does not exist. I can only imagine that once one tastes fear in its most potent state, it is a difficult flavor to forget. And yet, you had to taste it for yourself, in order to know the power of what you came here to transmute…

For some reason, the above passage reminds me of those 230+ girls who were stolen away from their schools by some truly misguided group of male people who don’t yet understand the truth of their manhood or their humanity or what they exist for–or maybe they do. I’ve said before that I believe “difficult” people are actually master teachers in disguise. If ever there is a teaching moment about when ignorance, fear and extremely basic male people go wrong–here you go.

ENOUGH

And then there are these girls. We don’t know their names or what they look like. We don’t know their families. We just know they aren’t safe because some group of assholes abducted them. We know that their lives are threatened. We know that at any moment, any of them could be sold into slavery or are being raped and hurt presently. We know most of them are babies, around the same age as my daughter. Who does such things but a lost soul? My heart breaks at the thought. Batsh*t crazy is what it is.  We want to call these people who do these crazy things, demons. They have to be. But what if they are doing their job somehow, because we too have a job to do? Don’t we have a much better world to create and assist in its unfoldment?! Or something?

Nothing is really by accident. The world is held together by agreements and our conversations about those agreements, yes?   Here we are fumbling around with our lives playing catch up, because for some reason we stay feeling behind. We have one of those weeks, or months or years or decades and we blame the world for it. We do really stupid stuff behind it. Because we haven’t yet learned one fundamental truth. No matter what it is, or how behind you feel, you are exactly where you’re supposed to be in every given moment. And every given moment is a teaching one. We learn about ourselves or the world and we’re given clues about what we’re here for and how we can serve the greatest good of all on this planet.

The state of current affairs means that everyone isn’t going to get the cushy role in this thing. Some people have to be the assholes. Mostly because everybody ain’t on the same page about being motivated by joy and not pain. But that’s a whole other post for another day.

I will say with some amount of emphasis, the greatest challenge we who cohabitate the Earth plane must face is deprogramming ourselves of our distrust of ourselves. Each of us is the absolute safest place we can ever be. There is no place in the universe that is safer for me, than me. Same goes for you. YOU are the safest place you can possibly be. Your body is literally your temple. And yet, we are taught that we are loathsome sinners and not to be trusted with ourselves. No wonder the current world is batsh*t crazy. But not you. Not here. Not now. Today, right now in this moment you pop open and say out loud like you mean it (go on, say it with me):

ENOUGH! I am the co-creator of my own destiny. I will sit my behind down and breath in the miracle that this life I get to live is. I am–I exist– because I have something fabulous to do while I’m here. I wouldn’t be here, if this wasn’t true. I am here to serve the greatest good on this planet. I am here to be a beneficial presence and I will, because I am. So right now in this moment, I will see LOVE everywhere I go. I will see success, harmonizing prosperity, joy, abundance, peace and hope. In fact, I will be the miracle somebody needs to see today. I will uplift every soul who crosses my path today. I will give only what I wish to receive and I will give more than I thought I had. I know I can do this because I am infinite and when you take infinite from infinite, you still have infinite left. My word is my wand. I speak only LOVE and only good into my experience. I speak for those who cannot and bless those who will not. Our girls are returned to their rightful place, as am I. It has always been so and so it is!!!

We Aphroditian Superheros affirm our greatness and the greatness of those around us–especially when those we share the planet with forget who they are… #SuperHeroISH
